Sushant Singh Rajput admitted he was claustrophobic in 2015

Actor Rhea Chakraborty had claimed in a recent interview that her late boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput felt claustrophobic in flights and had to take medicines for it. Her statement was denied by various parties, including his ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande. Now, however, a video of the actor himself, confessing to being claustrophobic and an insomniac, has surfaced online.

In a video interview with Zee Cafe in 2015, Sushant was asked to play the game of two truths and a lie. Sushant said three facts about him, one of which was a lie: 1. That he is claustrophobic, 2. The he sleeps for six hours every day, and 3. That he was a terrible singer. He then revealed that the second fact was a lie. He said that he was an insomniac and could only sleep for two hours everyday.

Ankita had responded to Rhea’s statement by posting a video of Sushant in a flight simulator. “Dream. Is this #claustrophobia ? u always wanted to fly and u did it,” she had written in her caption. Ankita and Sushant were together for almost seven years and broke up in 2016, one year after the interview aired.

In her interview with India Today, Rhea had shared, “Europe ke trip jaane wale din Sushant ne mujhe bola ki usko flight mein baithne se bohot claustrophobia hai aur uske liye woh ek dawai leta hai jiska naam hai Modafinil. Uske paas woh dawai humesha rehti thi aur flight pe jaane se pehle usne woh dawai khud hi le li (The day we were to leave for our Europe trip, Sushant told me that he feels very claustrophobic on flights and he takes a medicine for it called Modafinil. He always had that medicine with him and before getting on the flight, he took it himself). He didn’t even have to get a prescription because unke paas already woh dawai thi (he already had that medicine with him).”

Sushant died on June 14. His father filed and FIR against Rhea, her family members and a few others, for abetment to suicide. His family members have accused her of using him to further her career in Bollywood and misappropriating his funds. She has denied the allegations.

His death is being investigated by the CBI, Enforcement Directorate and Narcotics Control Bureau.

According to a report in a news portal, CFSL (Central Forensic Science Laboratory) will carry out the process. It will basically mean the postmortem of Sushant’s mind. It reportedly involves a detailed analysis of every aspect of Sushant’s life that includes his interactions with family and friends, behavioral patterns, mood swings, social media posts, and so on. The report also added that the report will frame a picture of his mental state days before his demise.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14. The case is currently being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s housekeeper gives full account of what happened on June 14

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra apartment on June 14. The Mumbai Police had earlier called it a suicide but the Central Bureau of Investigation has now started a fresh investigation in the matter.

Sushant’s housekeeper Neeraj Singh had shared a detailed account of what transpired on the morning of Sushant’s death with Mumbai Police. His statement was accessed by India Today.

Neeraj told the police what Sushant ate in the morning and how he locked his room after a few hours. “On June 14, I woke up at 6:30 am, as always, and went to walk the dog. I returned at around 8 am. Then I cleaned the rooms upstairs and was cleaning the staircase. Sushant sir came out of his room and asked for chilled water. When I served him water, he drank the water there. He asked me if the hall was clean and smiled and went back. After that, at around 9:30 am, when I was cleaning the hall, I saw Keshav (the cook) taking bananas, coconut water and juice to sir’s room. When Keshav came back, he said sir only had coconut water and juice,” he said.

“At around 10:30 am, Keshav again went to sir’s room to ask what he would like to have for lunch. He knocked on the door but the room was locked from inside and there was no response. He thought sir was sleeping so he came downstairs. He told this to Deepesh and Siddharth. They also went to the room and started knocking. They knocked for quite a long time but there was no response. As sir did not open the door, Deepesh came down and told me about it. I also went to sir’s room but sir was not opening the door so Siddharth called on sir’s phone but sir’s room door did not open nor did he answer the call. We started looking for the room keys but we couldn’t find them. Then, Meetu didi told us to open the room and that she was on the way and will reach soon. Siddharth called up a keymaker,” he added.

The keymakers came in but were sent away soon afterwards as they were taking to much time. Sushant’s staff then broke down the door and entered the room.

“When Deepesh came up, we opened the door and it was pitch dark in the room and air conditioning was on. Deepesh switched on the light. Siddharth went ahead from the door and quickly came out. Behind him, I and Deepesh also went inside,” he added.

Sushant’s sister Meetu came in after that. “It was the same time that sir’s sister, Meetu, entered the room and started shouting ‘Gulshan tune ye kya kiya’. The police were also called.

CBI. It had also asked the Mumbai Police to hand over all the evidence collected so far in the case to the CBI.
